I’ve been writing my way through my life for a long time.
Long before I ever used words like clairsentience or mediumship, I was trying to tell the truth about what it felt like to live inside my body and my brain. I wrote to make sense of pain. I wrote to find clarity. I wrote because sometimes it was the only way I could stay present with myself and process my experiences.
For years, my writing has been messy, not lasering in on one experience, but exploring how all parts of my identity and experience weave together. I wasn’t interested in tidy narratives or inspirational arcs. I was interested in honesty. In process. In what it means to keep becoming yourself when the world keeps asking you to be smaller, quieter, or more certain than you are.
This Substack is a continuation of that thread — and also a turning point.
Recently, I started coming out again. This time not about who I love, but about how I know. About intuition I had learned to doubt. About psychic and mediumistic experiences that didn’t fit neatly into the frameworks I trusted, but refused to go away. About a slow, surprising remembering of parts of myself I had shoved aside in the name of safety, belonging, or survival.
Here, I write creative nonfiction rooted in lived experience. I write about queerness, disability, mental health, and spirituality — not as separate topics, but as a single, entangled reality. I write from the body as much as from the mind. I write without pretending to have answers.
This is not a space for spiritual bypassing or certainty-for-sale. I’m not here to teach you how to be enlightened, healed, or fixed. Hell, I don’t even know all those answers myself. I’m here to tell the truth as I’m discovering it — in real time, with curiosity, humility, and care.
